This was an existing warehouse/offices. We power washed interior and exterior of building, applied 1 coat of Sherman-Williams Loxon Masonary primer and top coated with Elastomeric coating. The interior of the warehouse was primed with the Loxon primer and top coated with pro-mar 200 semi-gloss. On the columns we used industrial enamel.

ABOUT OUR BUSINESS

Vercusky Painting is an incorporated business launched in September of 1988 by brothers, John and Mike Vercusky. The company has been family-owned for the past 30 years. They started out as new home painting contractors and in 1995 they navigated towards more small commercial interior and exterior painting. Today, Vercusky Painting specializes in the commercial and industrial work environment. A majority of their popular and recent work consists of new and existing hospitals, office spaces, warehousing and manufacturing facilities.
